My background is in leadership within healthcare revenue cycle management, where I worked through complex operations, performance analytics, process improvement, and business problem-solving.

After more than a year of building my skills and my business, I moved to web design and digital strategy full-time. That experience still shapes how I work: I think in systems, I pay attention to the numbers, and I care about how a website supports the way a business actually runs.
